Prices are WEEKLY, and all bills included - electricity, water, gas, and NBN internet. Small furniture can be changed to suit your requirements. Deposit is 4 weeks plus first fortnight up front (total of 6 weeks)

Expansive house with central living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and a fully fenced and secure backyard.

Four parking bays available - there is an additional charge for a parking spot and no on-street parking is permitted. Motorbikes, bicycles and other small transport can be parked for free.

Multiple external live-recording security cameras for safety and peace-of-mind, including a smart doorbell. The external and bedroom doors are all smart locks, accessible with fingerprint, pincode, and fob.

Laundry on premises, including washer and dryer. Cleaning chemicals, toilet paper, coffee, tea and sugar provided for free.

A stone's throne from Lake Joondalup and numerous parks, and within walking distance of numerous bus stops along Clarkson Ave and Wanneroo Road.

Air conditioning included for summer, electric blankets and hot water bottles provided for free in winter upon request.

You are welcome to have visitors (if they’re respectful of the house rules) and there is no curfew.
