I will be setting up an area with Gym equipment. So if it has to be the garage that means we park on the grass.

FIFO 2/1 OR 8/6. We will try and work it so we get the house on our own as much as possible.

I move in around the 25th Aug, so I need time to furnish it and the room if flatmate wants it furnished.
I work away 8/6 then 7/7 days.
So it would be an advantage if you were on the opposite swing to me.
My swing would start 15th June to help you work it out.
I like to live a healthy lifestyle most of the time. I am discovering my spiritual side, so mediation, crystals etc... is what I love.
I enjoy entertaining, but of course no disrespectful parties. Drinks is fine and warning neighbors if you decide to have a noisy night before a certain time is preferred.
I am out most of the time, and if home I am usually in the study doing work.
I will try and let you have the house to yourself as much as possible so it feels like you live there alone.
I am tidy. I would like us both to pay for a cleaner just before we get home or if you love cleaning, do it yourself. I don't usually have time.
I am from NZ. From a big family. I am 1 of 11.
