Description of the home
The house is located in a amazing spot of Trigg with bushland across the road and the beach a short walk. It’s close to major roads for getting places but set back enough it’s still a nice quite spot with awesome neighbours in the area.
The lawn care is taken care of as part of the lease and the house is very low maintenance. There is a open carport with garage door for your car and a great fenced back yard.
I have some furniture that’s not shown in photos but also open to someone wanting to use their own preferred furniture within the house.

Description of pets
Pip is a 8 year old happy Kelpie. She is quite chilled around the home but loves to get out and about getting out some energy also. She often comes to work with me but occasionally that isn’t possible. She’s very friendly and loves to be around human company. She is not allowed on furniture and is very quick to learn and adapt to people.
