Unfurnished bedroom for single person and unfurnished large en-suite bedroom available, ideal for a couple in a spacious 4-bedroom house in Warwick.

The home offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space, including a large garden with outdoor furniture and a seating area. There is also convenient off-street parking available. The available bedroom is unfurnished, allowing you to make the space your own.

The household is occupied by two friendly FIFO workers, so the home is generally quiet, respectful, and easy-going. As our schedules often mean we're away for extended periods, we'd ideally love to find another FIFO worker who appreciates a peaceful living environment and values having plenty of space to themselves but also likes to be social sometimes if our swings line up.

The property is conveniently located in Warwick: 15 minute walk or a less than 5 minute drive to a shopping centre which has many shops and restaurants including: Coles, Woolies and Aldi, a Revo gym and a cinema.
The train station is 7 minute walk away and the nearest beach is a 7 minute drive away.

We're looking for a clean, considerate, and reliable housemate who enjoys a relaxed household atmosphere and treats the home as their own. If you're a FIFO worker looking for a comfortable base between swings, this could be the perfect fit.
