4 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, fully furnished, very spacious and luminous, tidy, cosy, clean and respectful home with reverse cycle aircon in the main living area, high-speed internet, heaps of storage throughout, big garage, fully equipped open kitchen, 2 fridge-freezer, built-in large pantry, 2 dining areas, large outdoor area with fully covered patio for relaxing time in the garden or occasional social gatherings, little reading nook to watch the birds, ample parking space in the driveway and at the front. Not a party house but very welcome to have occasional dinners, movie nights (there's a projector!🀩), board games, crafts nights and such ! Non-smoking home, smokers tolerated outside. Unfortunately no pets allowed on the lease 😞
