ABOUT THE HOUSE:
- The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom
- It’s a brand new house.
- The kitchen and lounge is obviously communal and you will have a spot in the garage for a car aswell
- You will be living with myself and a FIFO Brazilian.
- The courtyard is currently being built but will be finished shortly
- WIFI available and central aircon
ABOUT THE ROOM:
- the room has a door directly to the second bathroom, so while our fellow housemate is onsite, you can lock the communal door and have it to yourself
- I have some furniture and mattresses. However I do not have a bed at this stage
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- we are seeking someone with good energy and chill vibes!
- We don’t mind if you are someone who prefers to keep to themselves or socialise with us. But a peaceful home with good communication where it’s needed is a must 🫶🏼
- We are not strict or rule sensitive, BUT Someone tidy.
- Someone with a job/income is essential.
