All linen, pillows and bath towels included in completely fully furnished house. Private access from street to your room, or enter through the house. Room is at the end of the house away from everything, with double doors opening on to the private patio and garden.

WFH female, several work avenues in the creative industry and occasional hospitality work for a change of scene. Background in gardening hence big eclectic garden, composter and veg/herb patch. We are friendly and kind people who very much respect each other's privacy and personal space.
We all largely keep to ourselves for the most part, because we are simply quiet people. Not a party house and the peaceful serenity of the home is important to us :)

The home is of a very peaceful and serene vibe and it's important that it remains so - it's not a party house. Applicant's must be willing to have a meet up either in person or video call, provide ID, pay bond and rent weekly / fortnightly in advance. The room is very suitable to someone looking to settle in long term, however it is available for shorter tenancies.
Description of pets
Dachshund cross female, very affectionate, home protective and super cute - easy pet to love. Well cared for, peaceful fish and an outdoor pond with frogs, fish and plants.
