Home Description

Description of the home

Females aged 30+ only need apply:

The property is managed by a local Real Estate Agency. You’ll need to complete a simple Tenancy Application before moving in. Once approved, you’ll be added to the lease, not as a tenant but as a Lodger, then just bring your clothes and settle right in! The lease ends mid year so this will suit someone looking for short term accommodation until end June 2026.

This home is best suited to someone mature who values privacy, honesty, integrity, consideration, emotional maturity, and calm living. It’s a quiet space, a place to rest, reset and feel at ease and I do not want that to change.

✨ Ideal for someone between chapters, relocating short term, or seeking a home that feels aligned and respectful.

As shared spaces are included, a cleaning roster is in place to ensure the home remains clean and tidy.

Please note:
Single occupancy only

If this feels like a good fit, please reach out🌸

The property is situated right on the border of Wembley Downs and Scarborough Beach in an older style block of 12 units. My rental is on the ground floor, quaint, comfortable and homely.

For the beach lovers 🏖️ it’s only a 2.8km walk down to Scarborough Beach Esplanade.

For those using public transport 🚌 Catch the 412 bus right across the road from the unit. This service travels past Innaloo Shopping Centre and ends its service at Stirling Train Station OR
Catch the 84 bus 500m down Weaponess road, on the corner of Hale. This service travels into the city ending its service at the Perth Busport.

The nearest shopping centre is only 400m down the road where you will find a Foodies IGA, Lawley’s Bakery, Terry White Pharmacy and a Liquor Barons. There are several GP and dentists rooms all within easy walking distance from the unit.

About occupants
I’m a quiet and respectful middle aged female working full time as a Receptionist in Osborne Park. I’m a non-smoker, non drinker, and live a clean, drama free lifestyle.

I enjoy a good chat and a good laugh, but I also value personal space and quiet time. I’m a bit of a homebody who enjoys the comfort of my own home when I’m not at work, whether that’s relaxing, cooking a nice dinner, or watching something light hearted on TV.

I do cat sit my daughter’s cat from time to time so if you’re allergic this will not be a good fit for you.

Ideally, I’m looking for a like minded mature aged FEMALE preferably over 30 who is friendly, clean & tidy, considerate, and shares similar positive lifestyle choices.

If that sounds like you, I’d love to hear from you.
