We have a spacious 3 bedroom house in a great location near the Perth City area. We are walking distance to Northbridge, Beaufort Street, the Hyde Park Hotel & Rosemount Hotel. We have bus stops near us to get you to the city easily along Fitzgerald Street, or if needed Charles Street. We have a Coles nearby and a new Woolworths a short distance away.

Inside, we have wooden floorboards in all bedrooms and tile in the kitchen. Bedroom is unfurnished. Couches for lounging in the back garden area. There are fruit trees to enjoy in summer. New oven installed and gas stove in the kitchen. Comfortable large living area with couches.
