I'm fairly easygoing and respectful of other people's space. I like the apartment to be kept reasonably clean and comfortable, but I'm not looking for someone who treats the place like a showroom.
It would be good to find a housemate who's reliable, considerate and easy to get along with. I'm happy to have a chat or share a drink occasionally, while also respecting that we both have our own lives and downtime.
Smoking is fine outside on the balcony, but not inside the apartment.
Overall, I'm looking for someone who wants a comfortable, relaxed place to live rather than just somewhere to sleep.
