Hi, I am Sean and currently renting this house. My last housemate has decided to leave to live back home and save. I am kind and outgoing and like to be helpful with others in the house. I also do value alone time so I tend to go to my room and keep to myself at times. I work and study a lot currently, I’m honestly always out the house busy with god knows. So you would probably have a lot of alone time in the house. I am a jeweller so I do have a jeweller bench in the laundry room but there is good amount of space in the laundry room it has a washing machine that anyone is free to use and lots of space to store any miscellaneous things you might need out the way. I like to keep my house tidy and prettyyy, I do tend to leave dishes or things behind in the morning when I’m rushing to work. Once I get home or later at night I like to fully clean the house. So if you’re a night cleaner or like ti clean later in the day then that would be perfect but I can change my cleaning schedule to whatever your standards are. I personally am fine with a bit of mess left behind as long as it’s cleaned within a day or let me know when you’re able to get to it. I am very open and honest with my communication and I would love for someone similar so we can sort any confusions or misunderstanding out right away and not have any problems. If you are someone who likes to come home and talk about your day or watch a show with someone I’m down but if you’re someone who keeps to yourself and just wants your own time when you’re home that’s perfect also I’m really not fussed.

A good flatmate for this house is someone who:
cleans up after themselves

Is respectful and communicates openly

Pays rent and bills on time

Is respectful of each other and doesn’t disrupt each others peace

Uses your own stuff or you ask me for permission to use my things please

I don’t have any pets
Not against them at all but I don’t think we’re allowed any in this house sorry
