New desk and comfy office chair for u to work or study.

Extra storage space provided

Toilet and bathroom is just your next door. Atm, no need to share with any flatmates yet. (If I rent 2ND bedroom- you will be sharing with another tenant.

Generously furnished with big Sofa Lounge, Smart microve, Washer, Air fryer, brand new cutleries, Modern ceramic 6-seaters dinning table and dish washer for saving your precious time. 😊

Don't you worry anything coz I am very considerate as I was also a long term renter before 😍

Requirements:

Clean, quiet and respectful FEMALE flatmate wanted.

Rent - 285 per week (All bills included except POWER bills)

Bond - 3 Weeks of rent (Preferred but negotiable)

Minimum stay -3 Months (Long term preferrable)

I have one car space available but only small car will be better. You can view it during inspection otherwise can park on the verge.

I am a workin professional - work Monday to Friday Morning Shifts. I am quite flexible and a fair person.

Preferred Students, FIFO and working professionals only with a stable financials.

If you have a car- 6mins drive to Mirrabooka & Stirling square,

Only 9 km away from northbrige.

NO pets & Illicit drugs allowed.
No Party house but can do social drinks movie nights and cook bbq and stuff.

You can smoke cigrette in the front yard.
But prefer not too heavy smoker though, I dunt mind vaping indoor at all.

Nearest bus station - 180m (about 2-3 mins walk)

18 mins bus drive to Stirling train station
for whom commute to the city.
