You are welcome to use our appliances 
(microwave, washing machine, dryer) and there is on-street parking available.

A secondary fridge/freezer will need to be purchased as the current fridge is at capacity with 3 occupants.

The room will be available once our real-estate approves the applicant.

About the occupants
Hi, we're a household of usually 4 in our mid twenties - we have some housemates moving on and the current occupants are 2 siblings (1x female, 1x male) and 1x female occupying the other rooms.

We've got a wide range of interests (hockey, outdoor rec, video games etc) and are fairly busy (jobs, hobbies & sports)

We mostly keep to ourselves however enjoy a good balance of socialising and having our downtime. We're easy going and looking for a housemate who is respectful, clean, good communication, sociable and pet-friendly.

We are morning people & early risers so would likely not suit any night shift workers.
