The room is the unfurnished master bedroom with WIR & ensuite available after May 26th.

You are welcome to use our appliances
(microwave, washing machine, dryer) and there is on-street parking available.
A secondary fridge/freezer will need to be purchased as the current fridge is at capacity with 3 occupants.
The room will be available once our real-estate approves the applicant.

We mostly keep to ourselves however enjoy a good balance of socialising and having our downtime. We're easy going and looking for a housemate who is respectful, clean, good communication, sociable and pet-friendly.
We are morning people & early risers so would likely not suit any night shift workers.
