Hi ladies, I have a large room available in my 3x1 unit in Woodlands. Fully furnished, free street parking, reverse cycle aircon/heater, bath tub, outdoor grassed area. I work from home so would like to find a person who works outside of the house. I'm super easy to get along with and have a good sense of humour. I love spending my time at the gym, with friends, beach, wine/coffee dates, netflix with home cooked meal and chat and also like my space too.
The unit is a 10 minute walk to Innaloo Shopping Centre, and 5 mins bus ride or drive to Scarborough beach. It's a lovely suburb with dogs and friendly families.
