Awesome location, swimming pool, inside fire place

Massive house, great location across from jackladder lake. The house is massive and we all have our own space. great spot for summer with a massive pool and cosy for winter with the fire place. Message or email if you’re interested. Perfect place in killer location. Pool for summer and fire place for the winter. I have a nice outdoor set up with bbq and 8 setter table set. So great for entertaining. Love my plants aswell.

Bills and expenses

Bills are included in rent includes electricity, water, gas and internet. also an extra $20 per month for our pool cleaner and every 3-6 months I like to get the carpets cleaned roughly $50 each. If you are not able to contribute to keeping the house clean and lawns nice please do not contact me

My name is Chelsee, I’m a fifo worker 2:2 roster. You will also be sharing the house with Josh who is a fifo 2:1. And Dan who is also a 2:1 roster. I have the ensuite room available. It is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom and three toilet house. Decent sized back and front yard. Older style home but it is very homely. I have an 10yr old very well trained and super friendly dog named Indy girl. I’m an easy going person but like a nice and tidy home, we all chip in to keep the house up standards for rental inspections etc aka the lawns, pool and shared areas, so must be willing to help with the cleaning, I don’t mind a bbq and some drinks but this is definitely not a party house.
