I am renting this property through an agent & you will go on the lease.

Single living only. Wont take couple or your friend.

Bills not included, all will be share betwen the two of us.

Reverse cycle a/c throughout & also gas point to the Living room. for a gas heater.
Living area and alfresco/ outdoors is all yours as I have my bed, living area & balcony upstairs. Just need to share the Kitchen and Laundry.
Your living/dining area is all fully furnished including a tv BUT there is no furniture in the bedroom or outdoor setting in the Alfresco.
Private little courtyard accessible from your room as well.
Can park your car in the Garage :)
