The house features air conditioning in the main living area and comes fully furnished with couches, a television, washing machine, dryer, and fridge.
The available private room is large enough for a queen-sized bed and includes a ceiling fan. It comes unfurnished, with the exception of a wardrobe.
You'll have access to a single shared bathroom and toilet.
Location-wise, we're ideally situated: just a 3-minute drive to Dog Swamp Shopping Centre and approximately 7 km from Perth CBD. You'll also find yourself in close proximity to Leederville, Yokine Regional Open Space, Stirling Library, and several gyms.
