Hey there!
I've got one room available in a very spacious and comfortable, easy-going home in Yokine.
There’s plenty of room and privacy, with multiple lounge areas, 2 separate outdoor areas (one being a balcony) where you can hang out with others or do your own thing. The house itself is located in a very safe neighbourhood, and just a 5-minute walk to local shops and a bus stop that goes directly to the city.
The place is predominantly a female house with my girlfriend being over quite frequently. The house would suit someone who works or studies and is looking for a stable, drama-free home. I'm more than happy for my housemates to make the house and room their own and add their own personal touch on the place. I’m completely open to having friends over, as long as everyone’s on the same page and it doesn’t impact anyone’s comfort. Its a two story house with so much space to do your own thing. The master bedroom is on the second floor with Jess, while I live downstairs. There's 3 living areas.
The house has a calm, relaxed vibe and would suit people who like a clean, respectful place with a bit of a social element but also love their own space and privacy. i'm also looking to add more green into the house soon so bring your plants if you have any!
