Description of the home

The 3 br unit has one fully furnished room and is located in a quiet area of Port Macquarie, a few minutes bus ride from the CSU Lake Innes Campus. We're close to shops (Coles), Restaurants, Bunnings and a Gym). The same bus route goes to the CBD.
The bedroom has a queen bed, bedsides, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, TV and lamps.
A small fridge is available for student use along with a dedicated study area in the third bedroom. There is one bathroom but two toilets – the second one in the laundry.
The air-conditioned living area and kitchen is shared with the one other occupant. The included Internet has Netflix, Prime, Paramount+ and Kayo.
A small undercover area in the rear garden offers some outdoor air. On-street parking is available if needed.
Sorry, I can't accommodate pets as there is already a resident cat!
Not suitable for kids or smokers.
