Quiet dog that doesn't chew stuff may be considered. An inside dog will not get owner approval. The enclosed tiled sunroom area suits a dog bed and has access to the balcony & garden. No cats sorry we have lots of native birds visit, incl parrots, cockatoos, kookaburras from the nearby golf course that we overlook.
