🏡 Room Available in Kingscliff – $288 per Week

Hey everyone! We’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our townhouse, conveniently located just 5 minutes from Kingscliff Shopping Centre and less than 5 minutes from Tweed Valley Hospital.

The townhouse has a lovely backyard, with your bedroom overlooking an open field — perfect for a bit of peace and privacy. There’s also off-street parking, and the property is tucked away at the end of a small complex of just four townhouses. We have friendly neighbours next door and no neighbours behind us, making it a nice, quiet spot to call home.

💰 Rent & Bills

$300 per week, including a contribution towards household cleaning supplies.
Internet and electricity are split evenly between housemates.
👋 A Little About Us

You’ll be sharing with Bella (27) and Jarod (27). We both work full-time nearby, with our schedules occasionally including late evenings and night shifts.

In our spare time, we enjoy surfing, going to the gym, catching up with friends, and spending time with family. We’re both pretty easygoing and enjoy having our own space while also being up for a chat or hanging out when time allows.

🧹 What We’re Looking For

We’re hoping to find someone who is friendly, respectful, and happy to contribute to a clean and comfortable home. We like to keep the house tidy and do a weekly clean, but we also understand that everyone has busy work schedules, so we’re happy to help each other out and be flexible.
