Fully furnished (except your room, but possible option to buy furniture of departing housemate), big kitchen, fireplace, lounge/study, tv room, 2 bathrooms (share with one), outdoor deck, beautiful natural light, air conditioning, off street parking, lush garden, secure and safe. Storage space available. Walking distance to Woolworth’s/fruit & veg markets and 3 blocks from town. 10 minutes to Brunswick Heads beach or 15 minutes to Byron.
