We can hear the ocean from here, very private, surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens with outdoor Balinese shower and large deck. Living room fireplace, entertainer's kitchen and living space, fully furnished with lots of spaces to chill, loving dog (Romeo), loads of art, social, mature, fun, share house of entrepreneurs, dreamers and doers. Other dogs considered.

Looking to co-create a vibrant, happy home with those who share with us, either short term or long term. Would really suit those working locally or on their own business, or working remotely but want a comfortable and supportive environment, those new to the area wanting to nourishing platform to launch from, or someone who works out of the home but just love life by the ocean.

You are easy going, positive, responsible, enviro-aware, know how to pay your rent on time, are not a couch potato or over thinker. Probably not suited for someone who needs silence and solitude all the time, is anxious or a reality tv addict. You like a giggle and a good chat and enjoy and value your home.

Romeo is a 5yo, 44kg, black lab X Belgian shepherd. He is working on his manners but he's a big softie really. We also have friend's dogs stay here from time to time.
