It’s tucked away in a quiet residential pocket of Ocean Shores with lovely neighbours. Just a 10-minute walk to Billinudgel Bakery, 6 minutes to Ocean Shores Shopping Centre, 8 minutes to Brunswick Heads, 20 minutes to Byron, and about 30 minutes to Coolangatta Airport.
There is a shared Kitchen, lounge and office space with plenty of storage. The vibe is social and friendly, but definitely not a party house – more about occasional shared meals, good chats, and a calm space to come home to.
