Chilled coastal living in large, shared, fully furnished house. You have your own private bedroom, bathroom and lounge. Kitchen, laundry and rest of house is shared.

Available now - it can be available short or long term

$500 per week. The price includes gas and electricity and fast internet. I look after pool and garden care.

Suitable for a single person or a couple only.

Your space includes a fully furnished queen sized bedroom, modern bathroom and seperate lounge, all on the downstairs level of a beautiful, spacious, light-filled home. The lounge has a desk/table. You can see the ocean from the house.

There's also a salt pool.

While the downstairs area is not entirely self contained, it's very private, spacious and seperate.

Parking available outside the house.

Unfortunately, no pets allowed in the estate, as it's a nature reserve for koalas.

Ten minute walk to the beach and two minutes drive to Pottsville high street. Thirty five minutes drive to Byron Bay. You can hear the surf from the house!
