I don't eat dinners at night, as I do a keto diet with fasting from about 4.00pm to 8.00am or a bit later. Depending. My eating times are morning and late lunch around 2.30 or 3.00.pm then out for dancing.
I do tango dancing and regularly go to Brisbane to dance Tango, every 2 weeks.
