Hey my name is James I’m a Single dad looking to share some space with the rental crisis atm, thought it would benefit us both.
I have 2 boys age 8 and 5 and I have them every arvo after school at home from 4pm to 7pm. They stay over every Thursday Friday night and every second weekend.
They are great and both love meeting new people but It does get a bit load at times but mostly it’s a relaxed enjoyable environment.

You will need to be happy to live with 2 little humans and respect them and the sleeping hrs of them and myself as we are all in bed around 8pm most nights. I don’t mind noise like tv on and things like that but will not be able to have partying or a loud flatmate even though I find it fun myself this is a chill house in that respect.
I’m a camera man and work most days and the boys are at school Monday to Friday except school holidays. If we are not working or at school then I’m surfing or at the beach with the boys.
