This lovely, spacious multi-level home features an open-plan design with a beautiful river outlook. Located in Tweed Heads West, 7 min drive to the beach and close to the airport (you'll hear occasional plane sounds but honestly don't notice after a while). It's a quiet location perfect for those seeking solitude and tranquility (great if you appreciate nature).

The owners of the house live onsite and they are lovely and relaxed.

We aim to be mindful of excessive water, electricity, or gas usage. We try to turn off lights and appliances when not in use too.

You'll be sharing with:

Linda - A friendly, welcoming sort in her 40s working in the environmental field. Down to earth, she's a big fan of dogs and Just Dance. Just keep the bench tops crumb-free and you'll be golden!

Hugh - An electrician in his late 20s (going on 60 with his old soul). Warm, genuinely friendly. Loves movies and board games. Kind-hearted but may judge you based on your movie taste (kidding... mostly). Pet peeve: leaving washing in the machine - don't say we didn't warn you!

Curtis (moving out at the end of October) - A friendly, mature and polite young man in his 20s who balances studying and work with his passion for surfing. Generally easy-going, unless you park in his designated parking spot!

All current housemates are fairly introverted. We're a calm, quiet household of early risers (up at 5.30am weekdays, early to bed). We maintain quiet hours from 9pm-8am on weekdays to respect each other. During the week we primarily keep to ourselves, though we do enjoy board game nights on Thursdays which often includes our former housemate who is now our neighbour.

We don't cook together but occasionally come together for a meal or BBQ. This is definitely not a party house - we're respectful and prefer our peaceful environment. We value the space feeling like a home not a sharehouse and we all get along, so we want to find someone else who's a good fit.

This isn't suitable for frequent visitors, partners staying over every night, or couples. We're looking for a single person who values a quiet, respectful living environment.

We are all animal lovers in the house but the owners request no animals of any kind are permitted and we respect that.

Trial Period - There's a 3-month trial period to ensure we're all a good fit for each other.
