Hi Myself, Ian, purchased this lovely Home only recently in the centre of Singleton Town Centre, after selling up and moving out of Sydney. The dream was to create an unquie BnB/Share House, very Welcoming, Friendly, Social, Respectful to all and Pet Friendly. After just two months, I and my wife, Yin Yin, feel we have achieved this dream (at least 75% lol) ... however always more work and improvements to be done, especially being an old beautiful Federation House from 1940's Era, further renovations to come, one by one, planned and with minimal impact to Guests or Flatmates in future. We are both in our late 30's to mid 40's, mature, easygoing, very friendly/social or respect everyone's privacy, love all different cultures, people, sharing and additionally pet animal friendly too

For us a great flatmate is one who shares our values, most important, open to all cultures, friendly, social or private does not matter, respectful, shares cleaning/house responsibilities (meaning basically safety, cleanliness & security for all etc), financially responsible, think of others and yes pet friendly ... to our two small pets or other pets visiting
Description of pets
Ling Ling is a small Maltese Dog and Flip is a small rescue Kitten ... plus we also do pet minding but most often kept separate to house out backyard and dog kennels in shed, unless harmless small pets sometimes we also let inside as well our own small pets
