The house is halfway between a unit and a house - 3 bedrooms but the third is used as a study (half of which would be yours as well as your room). Big bathtub and nice bathroom, nice kitchen, dishwasher, reverse cycle aircon in the lounge room and built in wardrobe in the bedroom. The house also has a deck and good outside space. Close to town and lots of big gum trees all around so it’s pretty peaceful!
