I normally stay 2-3 nights in every 9 nights. I work long hours when there. So hardly there. I am quite, clean and tidy.

If u are clean, tidy, friendly, quite, respectful of others all good. If u Clean kitchen after use, sweep, vacuum and mop floors regularly and clean toilet / bathroom and own bedrooms regularly, pay on time and have a no drama approach, all good 😀

Don't have any. Out door dog only is fine. Dog needs to be calm and not dig or excessively noisy.
