This is a furnished two bedroom house with sunroom 6ft ceilings very spacious. You get the whole house to yourself as it is upstairs and I occupy downstairs. You will have your own driveway and yard and entrance. All bills are included. There is no lease as there are a few restrictions such as no entertaining ie parties and friends hanging out or people staying the night. I just want someone quiet that will be respectful of my privacy as I will be of thiers.
