The house has a relaxed, comfortable feel and includes a small backyard, not huge, but perfect for enjoying some fresh air and a bit of grass under your feet. One of the spare rooms is set up as a home office, so it’s a great space if you work from home.

The available bedroom has a built in sliding wardrobe ( no drawers ) and ceiling fan, and can be furnished with a bed and bedside draw if needed. You’ll have the main bathroom to yourself, as I have the ensuite.

Rent is $620 right now and due to go up to $710 in August, Rent and bills all spilt evenly.
