Description of the home

I am a single retired male,I would like to this home with a single person who is quiet and clean and respectfull of my space as I would be of yours.The home is a ten minute walk to SCUH(HOSPITAL)15 minutes walk to Birtinya shops,Doctors, pharmacy and Coles.
You will be required to fill application forms with the realestate agent and approved by the owner of the home.
The home is a two story four bedroom with study open plan living area,three toilets,two showers one with bath wich is yours to use,lock up double garage is you have a car.
You will have the choice of three bedrooms to use upstairs all ceiling fans,built in wardrobes in all rooms,a lounge area upstairs if you have a bit of furniture and TV socket for your TV if you have one.
I do have a new queen size bed and side tables for you to use if required.
