Room in sharehouse with own bathroom, located in Birtinya $242/week (bills split). Walking distance to SCUH. Available 25th August (can be flexible if you need to move in earlier).
I am moving out of this lovely house as I have to relocate for work commitments. It is a 3-bedroom house, with Harriet and Noah (couple) occupying one room, and the third bedroom has been turned into a study. There is room for a desk in here if you wish.
House is furnished so you would only need to furnish your bedroom.
You have your own bathroom, room has built in wardrobes. There is parking in the complex shared driveway and street parking.
Both current housemates are in their early 20s and studying healthcare degrees!
Ideally looking for someone who gets along well with current housemates and wants to make this place feel like a home 🫶🏻
