We’re conveniently located close to grocery shops and the university, and only 10 minutes from the beach. There’s a shared pool right behind our place in the complex — perfect for summer.
Parking is available in the driveway or on the street, and there’s a bus stop very close by.
The room is available from 7/03/2026. It is unfurnished but includes a wardrobe, and there is a single bed available if needed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, and there is air conditioning downstairs. Internet is included.
We have a washer, dryer, and clothesline located in the garage, a small yard, and some additional storage closets. Bathrooms are shared.
We’re ideally looking for a female in her 20s (flexible for the right fit) who is clean, considerate, and respectful of others. No smoking inside the house.
