Tranquil and supremely comfortable home set at end of quiet court. My home sits on 3 acres of beautiful gardens and is registered as “land for wildlife”. There is a veggie garden, young orchard, well equipped home gym, infrared sauna, outdoor shower, patios and private deck off your room.
Every room has powerful ceiling fans and ducted heating and cooling ensures year round comfort, though I personally prefer fresh air as the cross ventilation here is wonderful!
French Oak floorboards, stylish and well equipped kitchen, dedicated carpeted TV room plus 2 other living areas.
Housemates room is the premier bedroom with full ensuite and large walk in robe plus private entry/deck and courtyard.
Home is secured with modern “crimsafe” security doors meaning all doors can be left open for fresh air 24/7 in safety!
Located 7 mins from Tewantin shopping centre and 15 mins from Noosa Heads/Hastings St. Tewantin National Park is located 2 minutes drive away with numerous trails there and in a very short drive.

I’m an early riser/early to bed gal - love sunrise! I train daily - trail run/hike/paddle my surf ski/mountain bike/lift weights - yoga and mobility also.
I love music, travel, photography and reading. I am also an avid listener of podcasts and audio books - wonderful while I clean and garden. I am learning French and just getting back into meditation. I don’t watch TV but love a good movie and go to the movies often in Noosa or watch something at home on occasion.
I like to batch cook so I don’t have to cook from scratch everyday -
As a long time Ethical Vegan - I LOVE good plant based food and sharing it (I’d hope we share these tasks with sense of fun and excitement of new tastes and yumminess!)
I’m very friendly, love to laugh and talk but need more space, solitude and quiet than most -
No single males sorry. Mature solo females or a couple. LGBTQI friendly.
I’m long term ethical vegan but would be ok with a vegetarian housemate. No flesh foods tho pls.
A healthy, relatively active person - left leaning with a love/respect for the environment, nature, and all beings would ensure solid core values.
2 senior cats - generally they sleep in a cat enclosure outside at night but come inside sometimes during day. They stay down my end of house.
