Great news! I’m going away for 2 months and will invite you as my roomie! It’s just 2 streets from the beach! 2 storey town house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, ground level outdoor area, large garage, own private driveway on a quiet tree lined street. Must be respectful of noise, no smoking, no drinking, care for the house and enjoy the summer! It’s important to find someone i can trust as my room mate even though we will not meet for more than a day in cross over.

You will share with the rent with Monique but she is will be away travelling which means you pay half but get yo enjoy the house. I’m health conscious, love the beach, nature, sport etc and I work, so we are not home much in the day. I just want someone who is healthy( not smoker or drinker in house) and reasonably tidy. Respectful of noise and neighbours, no additional guests or house parties. You get to stay paying half price but I can’t have you inviting people over as it’s a tie house and it will be loud.
