You will be sharing a bathroom with Brad who I can attest is very tidy and a minimalist, so the main bathroom will often be your own as he's fly in fly out worker and away at least half the time.
Brad and I (recently met on flatmates.com.au also) live in a brand new 3 bedroom top floor apartment in Maroochydore 's Emporium complex. It is In the heart of Maroochydore- about 5 minutes from the beach, walking distance to supermarket and cafes and across the street from the the Maroochydore homemaker centre. The apartment has a large wrap around balcony which overlooks the canals, paths and greenery.
The complex has its own cinema (complete with Netflix and Stan account). There are two pools, a lap pool on the ground floor, and a main larger roof top pool and spa (which is backlit blue in the evening). The rooftop pool gets a great view of the sunset and also has a bbq area. There's a well equipped gym which doesn't seem to get busy. You'll have your own underground car park and access to our large lock up storage cage where you can store your bike etc.
The apartment feels airy and light filled, with extra high ceilings and lots of beautiful sliding doors. It is super easy to keep clean and clutter free. Hopefully you have nice furniture- however if you don't it's not a deal breaker-the priority is the right fit. You'll be replacing the person who owns the existing furniture. She is is moving out to move in with her partner so no bad blood or drama there. We do have dishwasher, dryer and washing machine and kitchen items already.
Seeking a third, beautiful human to join our house- you're moving into a happy, kind-hearted and clean home.

About occupants
Nat and the Cat:
I’m honest and bubbly. If I’m comfortable with someone chances are I can adopt a quirky sense of humour (think situational jokes and enthusiastic puns) but mostly I’m pretty self-contained and cheerful. I’m a morning person who enjoys keeping active and studying masters part-time. You'll see me in the morning in the study nook muttering to myself (quietly) as it helps my brain think. I work full time 9-5 M-F in the therapeutic field and not from home. I value clear communication. I don't have kids but do have a cat.
My cat is a 2 year old Russian blue. ‘Bubbles’ has won many a person over who was adamant they didn’t like cats. She’s regal, self-contained and has never scratched or hissed at anyone. She’s a desexed indoor cat who’s toilet trained, sheds very minimally and doesn’t smell at all.
Brad:
Is officially the most authentically easy going guy i've ever met. He has an understatedly wicked and observational sense of humour who doesn't take himself too seriously. He's a FIFO worker overseas (1 month on 1 month off) in his 30's who's naturally respectful, boundaried, good natured and proactive. He strikes me as the sort of guy to get along with everyone. When he is at home he's going off on adventures exploring the beautiful sunny coast-quite happy to do these solo, going to the gym, beach and out to eat-also new to the area. He's a natural minimalist, tidy and clean as am I.
Rent is $315 a week, bond and bills (extra $15 or so a week?) Ideally we're looking for someone long term (6 months+). Please message me through the website and let’s book in a time for you to come and see the place and meet Bubbles, Brad and me. The pictures really don’t do it justice-particularly of the room itself. We look forward to hearing from you!
