House is small 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom groovy beach shack in middle of Maroochydore. Close to shops and beach is about a 20-30 min walk.
There is no fence but large yard. You will need to go on the lease but the real estate is easy to work with - I can help with anything needed. Electricity and water divided evenly.
Room can fit a queen bed chest of drawers and some extra items - chest of drawers can fit in double wardrobe as well. Has a fan in room but aircon in the lounge-room which reaches well.
House has a dishwasher and off road parking on gravel or on street parking.
It is shared with just myself and my cat and dog so someone who is considerate and respectful of a smaller shared space.
Looking for a female housemate sometime to chat with and have a nice calm home for us šŸ˜ŠšŸ«¶šŸ¼

I am follower of Christ so attend church and would need to align with calm lifestyle. I love to keep a minimalist home and low tix cleaning chemical, looking at creating a veggie garden to be abit more self sufficient!
