Our home is a modern, comfortable apartment in a fantastic location, offering convenience and a relaxed lifestyle.
The bedroom is bright, airy, and well-sized, featuring built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The apartment is clean, welcoming, and designed to be a peaceful place to unwind after work or study.
Location-wise, it doesn't get much easier. Aldi is directly across the road, just a 70-metre walk away, making grocery shopping incredibly convenient. There are several great coffee shops and cafés right downstairs, perfect for your morning coffee or a casual catch-up with friends. A bus stop is also only a three-minute walk away, providing easy access to surrounding areas.
The apartment is located on the second floor, so there is a flight of stairs to access the home. For local trips, you're welcome to use our bike to get around and enjoy the area. Street parking is available in the surrounding streets.

Sally works full-time from home in the aged care industry, while Mark works as a support worker and pickleball coach. We both lead busy but balanced lives and enjoy spending our free time staying active .
We have a 16-year-old daughter who stays with us on a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off arrangement. She's a lovely, outgoing young lady who is respectful, friendly, and easy to get along with.
As a household, we live a quiet lifestyle and value kindness, respect, and open communication. We're not a party house and generally enjoy a calm and peaceful atmosphere at home.
