About the occupants
I work full time Mon to Fri partly from home 3 days per week. During the week I focus on a combination of exercise, going out or staying in early night early start. On the weekend some time to catch up on the usual stuff in between water sports or something involving nature and relaxation or live music or catching up with friends / family. Depends on the weather sometimes or time of year. I am more introverted enjoying home time to relax and rejuvenate. Usually do my own food because of diet requirements makes it easier however love to inspire myself and others with a good cook up when not rushed for time.
Compatible people
Someone commuting from Brisbane to work on Sunny Coast Mon to Fri will be considered or FIFO, DIDO or full time employed person going to work rather than WFH during the week is preferential. You will need to go through the real estate for vetting and be on the lease,

There may be some other combination of work / home / study dynamic I may consider depending on the person. Not far from USC Sippy Downs.

I am currently sorting some property out in the bedroom to be rented out in June. There are two pillow top single beds that can be joined as a queen bed and side table, lamp, built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. Or have the room vacant.

I value good honest open communication, sense of humour, respect for each other and our space and use of my property provided in shared areas, keeping common areas clean, emotionally intelligent, creative, arty, musical, occasional cook up together or whatever. A chilled place to come home and relax, privacy at times as well as an insightful interesting conversation at other times. I am partial to listening to music while cooking, mostly on a weekend, tinkering around the home when not out and about with friends or family.
