Spacious, airy one-storey house, filled with natural light streaming in from every angle. Located on a quiet no-through road, the area is peaceful with minimal traffic. The house features four bedrooms (all equipped with ceiling fans), two bathrooms, and a single car garage, which we can use interchangeably. The long driveway offers plenty of additional parking space.

I am offering the master bedroom for $300 per week. It’s tucked away on the other side of the house to other bedrooms, ensuring maximum privacy. It includes your own en-suite bathroom with a shower and space for the portable bath I’ve just ordered. You’ll also enjoy a sizeable walk-in wardrobe and direct access to the terrace—perfect for relaxation.

For an additional $50 per week, I can make another room available for your exclusive use, ideal for a home office.
