Hi, I’m looking for a housemates that is clean, quiet and easy-going to share my furnished home in Meridan Plains, with one other. The house is on a quiet street with no neighbours out the back, so it’s got a really peaceful outlook and relaxed feel. It’s best suited to someone who enjoys a calm place to live. There are walking tracks around the estate and it backs onto a nature reserve, which is a nice bonus.
It would be good if you like animals because I have an overly friendly dog. Sorry, there isn't enough room for more pets though.
The house is fully furnished apart from the bedroom (optional sofa bed). There's an overhead fan with built-in robe. Being downstairs, it doesn’t get too hot, which is great! The 2 downstairs bedrooms share a separate toilet and bathroom.
There is room on the driveway for 1 car to park, but there are some carparks at the end of the street, only about 20 meters from the house.
🚙 The house is located in Meridan Plains, it’s close to Aldi, beaches, and the highway.
3 mins drive to Aldi and Parkland Tavern.
5 mins drive to Currimundi Woolies.
10 mins drive to Caloundra, various beaches and the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
15 mins drive to the University of the Sunshine Coast.
25 mins drive to the Sunshine Plaza and Alex Headland.
Initial 3 month stay to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone, then we can take it from there.

I'm a 34-year-old single male who works part-time as a Peri-operative and Anaesthetic nurse, recently moved to Sunshine Coast.
Outside of work I enjoy hiking, going to the beach, reading, varying taste in music and genre, gaming, and camping. Furthermore, I also enjoy watching anime, movies, tv shows. I enjoy cooking and experimenting with flavors, trying new things, and I don’t mind the occasional beer if the moment calls for it.
