The bedroom fits a queen-bed and also has a built-in wardrobe, ducted air-con and ceiling fan. Use of the main bathroom shared with another male (20, straight) We do have a queen bed and bed sides in the room if needed otherwise can move it to the other spare room.

The house is 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, office, media room and main lounge (with tv available to use, doesn’t get used much), dinning area and a 2 car garage (garage not available to use). There are ceiling fans in all rooms and ducted air conditioning through out entire house. The office my partner Liam uses 4 days a week working from home. Access to Telstra NBN unlimited internet. Outside smoking only.

Hi I'm Nathan, I'm 40 and I'm a interstate truck driver so won’t be home much. My interests are mostly being with my partner Liam and son Zac. I enjoy going exploring/for drives, music, movies, tv shows, eating out or going out socialising (though still like to have alone/quiet time), but do enjoy cooking and enjoy having a wine at home quietly with Liam and Zac or socialising with flatmates when I’m home
Liam - My partner Liam, he's 31, works full-time at home but has one day in the city (normally Tuesdays) as a customer service consultant for a insurance company, he has 8 hour shifts anywhere between 8am - 8pm. His interests are mostly the same as mine though he does like gaming, mostly Nintendo DS and Playstation, board games, some anime, reading and writing.
Zac - Zac’s 20 yo mostly keeps to himself either watching tv/movies or streaming/playing games online is also creative and like making music, playing/watching football and spending time with his gf also enjoyings going out on weekends to be social. not currently work but looking.

We are looking for a friendly and considerate person who will help make sure the house is kept clean and tidy, doesn’t mind socialising but also happy to do their own thing. We think it's great to have friendship within the home, but respect each others space & privacy. Your friends are welcome visitors on occasions for dinner/drinks & socialising, but no parties please. Would prefer someone that requires to use the bedroom furniture but not necessary we can move it out. Only street parking available. We also need someone who likes/loves cats/dogs
Description of pets
We have a gorgeous little (not so little lol) Ragdoll cat named Lazuli, who is very fluffy, friendly & lazy. The only time he is vocal is when he wants to be fed or cuddled: otherwise, he just lays around leaving fluff everywhere (which we vacuum constantly).
Also have Staffy x ridgeback dog (Sunny) he can be very energetic when playing but most the time placed and wants cuddles/attention. both are indoor pets.
