Large, well equipped, 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom furnished home at Moffat Beach, Caloundra. Short distance to beaches, gyms, cafes, restaurants, Coles / K Mart.

BR 2 : Single man, 20's - concreter
Downstairs area : (Myself) Student / Engineer - away 2 nights a week

Looking for somebody, male or female, or a couple to move in to complete the house share. Polite, social, respectful. The house runs well. Everybody is reasonably quiet and does their own thing but they are all friendly and social and happy to hang out and have a chat. We don't have wild parties but enjoy a few drinks here and there. We have friends over but no regular sleep overs.
Description of pets
Pilot is small, elderly Cavalier. She lives in the downstairs area with me and is rarely seen in the rest of the house.
