Hi I'm Matt, I am very active and definitely not a homebody. I am always out doing stuff, climbing mountains, surfing or swimming at the beach, etc... and often stay away from my unit because I work in Brisbane and travel a fair bit for work too. Looking for a respectful, happy flatmate to share my flat. It is in a great location close to the beach and near Coles and shops etc.

Have lived in this unit since Oct 2021. I love that it's close to the beach and all that Mooloolaba has to offer. I like to ride over to the Bluff for a surf and often go for a run. Just completed my first triathlon in March. I hike a bit too and I'm planning to do the Connondale Great Walk in a couple of weeks with a few mates.
I work in media and travel to Brisbane a few days a week. I also have to travel a bit for work. I'd like to think I'm out of the house a fair. I'm a happy, laid-back guy... fairly busy as I have a side-hustle too.
I'm sociable but love my own time too. I think it's important to have values and help people as often as possible.
