Includes own driveway and own entry to house. 1 bedroom with walk in wardrobe. Your own living area with entry to back yard. Large shared back yard. Your own bathroom with shower and toilet. Large shared kitchen located in the middle of the house separating each side. Kitchen is large enough for your own fridge and seperate storage of food, kitchen utensils and appliances.

The property does feel like two seperate homes. Great for privacy with the perk of having a larger home. I have a washing machine and dryer you are welcome to use. There is a seperate outdoor entry from the back yard to the laundry.

Quiet neighbourhood, short walk to IGA, post office, takeaway foods and news agency. 10 minutes from the Bruce Highway.

Please note you will be an approved occupant for 3 months on a trial basis, if it’s a good fit, happy to add to the lease.

Bills and expenses

Approximately $20 per week covers all utility bills. Previous tenant would send an extra $20/ week and it was always enough for monthly bills. If there is any excess money that was not needed for bills I would return this to her. Happy to come up with an arrangement that suits.
