Your own bathroom with separate toilet room. Owners bedroom is at the far end of the house with an ensuite so we are quite removed.
Sole use of a second lounge room with TV incl. Netflix and Stan.
Sole use of three bicycles available.
Includes electricity, water, unlimited internet.
10 mins by bike to beach, uni and hospital on dedicated bike paths.
Regular bus service.
Walk to Aldi supermarket, cafe, gym and hotel.
No need for a car.

Body/boogie boards available. Complimentary surfing lessons.

Happy to treat flat mate(s) like family and provide meals on occasions. Often available for drop offs and pickups. (Ubers are a waste of money.)

Two females backpackers in two separate rooms preferred. Happy to consider solo applicants with a view to also renting the other room to another female.

Bed 1 $330 rent is for one occupant with sole use of bathroom and lounge.
Bed 2 $280 rent is for two flatmates each, with their own bedrooms, sharing the bathroom and lounge room.
Bed 1 rent will be reduced to $280 if both rooms are occupied.
