Posting on behalf of my roomates as I am moving out and looking for someone to take over lease ASAP 11th August 💗- Hi! We are two girls looking for a new housemate to fill the third bedroom in our house. We would love to welcome another female around 23-27 into our space and someone ideally who aligns with us. You’ll also be living with a 2 year old indoor cat too.
The house is a townhouse located in Brightwater, Mountain Creek. Only a quick walk to the Aldi, Brightwater hotel and the beautiful lake nearby as well.
Room is unfurnished, shared bathroom with another female. Built in fan and wardrobe.
Rent is $205 per week not including bills (wifi and electricity)
Bond is required $820 (four weeks rent).
Lease until end of June 2026.
A rental history will be required for the owner.
